Where we live
About our home:
Our home is a recently renovated and extended bungalow in a rural location. We are between two villages and also just a few minutes drive from the main town. We have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a utility room, a sitting room and a kitchen, dining, living space. Our sitting room is lovely and cosy with a log/turf burner. Great for cold days and relaxing. Our newly extended kitchen, dining, living area is bright and spacious. Fabulous views of the Slieve Bloom mountains from the corner window in our kitchen. The whole area is flooded with light thanks to the two large roof lanterns. The living area opens out through massive 4 metre sliding doors to a covered patio area. Perfect for yoga in the mornings under the morning sun. It leads to our enclosed back garden. A great area for a BBQ. The patio is also lovely in the evenings, curling up with a blanket and a glass of wine. Our home is well equipped for children. They will love the slide and swings, the trampoline and the goals. We are set on half an acre so there is plenty of safe space to run around in. It really is a home from home and we look forward to welcoming you.
